The brand explores the intersection of luxury, storytelling, and design; producing jewelry that celebrates individuality while reflecting a modern and globally inspired aesthetic.
A defining milestone for the brand has been the establishment of a production partnership in South Africa, allowing Kiki Lucas Jewelry to produce its pieces on the African continent. This fulfils a vision held since the brand's inception: to source metals and gemstones from across the continent and bring them to life through African craftsmanship; creating jewelry that is not only luxurious but rooted in the creative and material richness of Africa.
Impact & Empowerment
Founded in 2017, Aspire Academy is a female focused youth empowerment platform established by Kiki Chiori to equip students, fresh graduates, and young professionals with practical skills that expand opportunity and economic mobility. The platform focuses on supporting girls and young women at critical transition points in their educational and early professional journeys; through mentorship, skills development, and exposure to new opportunities.
Aspire Academy delivers structured initiatives including STEMspire, a robotics and technology programme introducing students in government schools to science and engineering; SkillUp, a vocational skills training programme providing foundational technical and entrepreneurial skills; and Aspire Higher, a university preparation pathway supporting high-performing students in pursuing higher education.
Through these initiatives, Aspire Academy strengthens the pipeline of capable, confident young women prepared to pursue opportunities in technology, industry, and the broader economy.

About Kiki
Beyond the ventures and professional roles, Kiki Chiori is a mother, public speaker, and lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about the world and the many ways people create, lead, and shape it. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, along with a certification in Corporate Communications. Her academic path reflects a longstanding interest in people, relationships, and the systems that influence how individuals and organisations grow, communicate, and thrive.
Alongside her work across the energy sector, youth empowerment, and creative design, she remains actively engaged in communities that support the advancement of women in industry. She is a member of organisations such as Women in Mining in Nigeria and Women in Energy Nigeria, and remains committed to initiatives that expand opportunity and visibility for women across traditionally male dominated sectors.
Kiki is someone who embraces challenge and possibility in equal measure. A natural risk taker and hard worker, she is driven by the belief that meaningful work often lives at the intersection of ambition, creativity, and service.
Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys travelling, art history, staying active, and spending quality time with the people who matter most to her. She is currently in the process of authoring her first book, with more details to be announced soon.
